How is this even seeing a courtroom?
"It's your fault I beat you up while drunk because I didn't know you were recording me in your private vehicle. Give me 5 million dollars, which you obviously have since you were driving for Uber."

it's like how if i beat you up i'd be facing a low misdemeanor battery but if i threaten to beat you up on here it's a much more serious misdemeanor (and possibly a felony). these states that have anti-taping laws make them serious business
