I blame the stupid tats...he was a monster without them. I think the weight of the ink in that Chicago monstrosity is weighing his arm down.

No one was ever around to show him what a leader looks like. In our playoff runs we had West and CP3 that laid down the law. AD is surrounded by too many negative guys who don't play hard and too many passive guys. Jrue seems too passive like AD. Tyreke seems like a negative influence in that he can be lazy and kind of a party guy. I have always thought Asik has a bad atitude with the way he acted in Houston. AA seems passive and DC/Perkins don't have big enough contracts and playing time to be taken fully seriously. Qpon is good, but we need an alpha leader on this team and I am not sure AD has the personality to ever be that. I also think AD has discovered partying a bit more this year.
