I wouldn't be too jelly. He was getting shot at in Vietnam
Cuba was working the prison camp there back in 1995. Got hit by a hurricane that flooded the area. However, he did see Gloria Estefan live in concert in Cuba!
As for Noriega, he said there was a little dust up at the base club involving some Noriega goons. I'm sure he paints himself a regular Jean Claude in the story.
