Does he flip out every time he sees a cop. Cops are just people with guns. They commit crimes too. How can you determine their intention. We have made guns the villain. We have implanted in the mindset of society that guns are for murderers. If a guy wants to shoot you at that restaurant, the fact that he's showing you the holster as opposed to hiding it under his shirt tail doesn't make a difference when the trigger gets pulled.
