But until something(person/group/study) proves it affects the salt in the aquifer, that's bullshite to demand these industries pay 1000% more taxes OR re-source your water to the MS river and pay for all the infrastructure and filters yourself.

It's shite like this I don't understand. We all need water. Why would anyone not want to preserve the aquifer for drinking? I'm pretty sure Exxon can afford it. But, you'd rather it become an issue for the City Parish. Ok.
