I'm heading up there for the first time next weekend. I am planning on hitting up Oskar Blues on the way in to town since it is in Brevard. I also plan on a day trip to Black Mountain and Morganton to check out Fonta Flora Brewery among others.
I'd also love to hear people's opinions about the Asheville area. Any tips appreciated.

Drive saturday
zip line sunday
whitewater rafting Monday
Maybe brews cruise tuesday with some hiking in the morning
Biltmore Wednesday
Thursday is wide open, probably go bottle shopping and visit some streams and such. Fancy dinner at the biltmore at night.
