I've noticed in just about all the HBO or Showtime series I watch (or have watched), the first season (or early seasons) have the most sex scenes. Homeland is one of my favorite series, but there is really no need for sex scenes. Porn is for watching sex scenes, I don't like to be all wrapped up in waiting for some shite to blow up then all of a sudden two people are going at it...

if the sex scene is relevant to the story, then I endorse it but the shows that have unrelated sex scenes to the plot (transparent for instance) annoy me. es[pecially if like in transparent, half the show seems to be sex scenes.
The wife does love them though and she always gets super horny after watching them.
