one link i read said he likes input from his players on how they feel about schemes/gameplanning so that hopefully continues

kind of like the man/zone issue we had this year with steele

This is a very good thing. He seems really smart. It just stuck out to me how one paper it confuses the O but he talked about telling his players its the one on one match ups.
