The PAC gets a favorable matchup because the PAC teams are better. Don't act like it's the #1 PAC team vs. the #3 big10 team every time. The game is always 72 degrees and sunny every year so there's no weather interference, which allows both teams to perform
to the best of their ability. And PAC wins a majority of the time.

Have you ever gone from freezing and snow to 72 and sunny? I have and it isn't fun.
