Netflix has a doc on Bob Marley that is really solid, especially the beginning of the doc which focuses on creation of the Wailers. Has great interview footage of Bob, Bunny Wailer, Lee Perry, etc.
Also the one on Levon Helm is worth watching. It's a little like the Keith Richards one in that it focuses on him when he's older, in the year just prior to his death, as opposed to a comprehensive look at his career with the Band- but it's still entertaining.

It also does a good job of showing his background in the band and what brought him to where he was when the doc was made. I thought it was pretty fantastic. It's called Ain't In It For My Health, FWIW
