How the frick does that guy work? There has to be two puppeteers riding each other to do that. He's got two regular human hands (a right and a left) and at least one other hand operating his mouth and face.

I've thought of three different ways and each one has a guy right on another guy's back.

Head on a stick, attached to body. = 1 puppeteer

Hands = the other puppeteer.
