franks has him beat on height, that's obvious. I think haskins would run the offense better. He's already had 4 years of learning a pro style system. I liked him better than franks before franks decommitted.

Haskins is more polished and comfortable with our system IMO.
I'd prefer him to Franks as well.
Don't think we'll get him though. The Rutgers commit has me interested though. I hope we offer and heavily pursue him if Haskins isn't a possibility.
