Now, had your cop pulled his gun and put three in your chest when you answered yes, would that have been your fault? Too different?

OK. You're asked to step out of the car. Upon exiting, the cop sees your legal, concealed weapon in your waistband. Your hand happens to go towards your waist, and the officer puts 3 in your chest.

However, your situation worked out better, because you didn't have an idiot cop involved. He did his job. He assessed the situation properly.

Our cop did not. What should have resulted in an arrest of a juvenile turned into a 12yo losing his life, because those two cops were idiots.

Did somebody say that the idiot cop, whose own superiors stated he was a fricking retard, was training? Are you fricking kidding me?

Not murder...won't even be any criminal charges.

The officers and the department are liable though...from the person who failed to relay the scenario properly to tweedle Dee and his trainee.
