Well, think again. You just earned yourself a $15,000 salary.
A million is easy and not as impressive as it once was in the 80's when an average house was $50K. That's when the multi-million club meant something. Also, if you are only clearing $15K on a million in volume after your broker takes his cut you need to find a different broker with a better commission split.

How much do you generally clear?
Ex. $300,000 house
I would expect the commission to be about $9,000 before the broker cut....what is the usual take home on something like this?
