In terms of specs, that would actually be an ideal option. He would have to get a half-length GTX 970 and pay attention to the dimensions of the PSU, but all-in-all he could end up with a pretty good $1,000 build. Way better than what he'd have to spend to get that Cybertron up to the same level.

But I'm not sure OP is really going to get the message. I was on reddit this morning and noticed he posted in buildapc. He got the same advice he got here. Did some post-stalking and saw he posted on other PC subs as well, and again didn't get the responses he'd hoped for.. I also noticed that he's a teenager. I remember being that age. Nobody could tell me anything. I also understand why his budget keeps decreasing. He asked for a $1,000 recommendation here, then $800, then $750 on reddit.

As a gesture of good will, I will do OP one last favor and configure a $600 gaming build. It will run modern games on medium-high at 1080P. There is absolutely no other prebuilt on the market under $700 that will do that.
