I posted this in the other thread, but there's even more evidence of this trend in this thread with people saying that Julio is gay.

I wonder if it's a jealousy thing, or a coping mechanism. Like the people who spread those rumors think "Yea that person has all that money/fame/personal achievement, but he's a closet homo so I wouldn't want his life. "
