When the owner of a family owned business is a psycho and curses you out in front of customers and subordinates and pushes people and kicks rocks at your personal vehicle. Miltiple times. All while customers are happy and production and safety are great.
TBH I went to HR to make sure I was getting paid my accumulated sick time and PTO when I quit and was questioned why I was leaving.
