re: Things that managers tell employees that simply aren't factually correct

I don't bust their balls actually I give them plenty of chances, but when I walk onto a site and I have people climbing 12 and 14 feet without fall protection who have been through 4 years worth of MSHA/OSHA classes, then yea I am going to issue a citation. Most of the time it is my foremans that are doing it which in turn makes the other workers think they can get away with it.
