If you could choose four assistant coaches to either promote, demote, fire, or hire before the 2016 season, who would they be?
Promote: Ed O
Demote: Kevin Steele
Fire: BDP
Hire: Any special teams coach other than BDP

What do people want to promote Ed Orgeron to exactly? Guy was an all-time terrible head coach (like one of the worst in SEC history) and has no proven track record as a defensive coordinator at all. We aren’t a program that is meant to be a training ground for new coordinators to cut their teeth on.
He is in the perfect position. Getting paid out the arse to be a recruiter and DL coach. People in Louisiana think because he’s some crazy coonass Cajun who can recruit that he’d be great as a DC or HC. I feel like I’m taking crazy pills here.
Now, to answer the OP:
1. Fire Peveto. Then ship him to Antarctica without a phone so Les can’t rehire him the following year.
2. Demote Steele to LB coach.
3. Get Cam to retire and help transition a new OC (who is younger and more innovative)

Promote: Ed O- To what D-Coordinator?? Bad move. Eaux has never been a D-Coordinator before ever. Ed is a great position coach/ recruiter! Don't fix something not broke
Demote: Kevin Steele.....Fine, but who are we gonna get as our D-Cordinator? See above.
Fire: BDP. Peveto has been an exceptional recruiter. He has helped land Monroe, Fowler and Thorton. We could lose those guys if he is gone.At least wait until after NSD to do this.

I agree with this. Its a ST coach, not an OC or DC. We can find a suitable replacement after NSD.
