Tipping point was Vicodin being triplicate.
This turned everything on its head. It becomes oxy expensive and oxy goes higher. It leaves heroin as a cheaper and easier alternative.
ER community knew this was coming when the change was made. Pound of prevention for an ounce of cure. And you get this byproduct.
