re: Shell is hiring operators and my friends are already talking crap

I work the same shift at a plant in swla that is 20 minutes from my home. I love having weekdays off and also a stretch of 7 off in a row to do whatever I want. I am also young and single so that may make a difference one day. The pay is good and I am union so the whole lay off thing doesn't worry me.
