I was too toung to remember that run and maybe the rest of the AFC was, but you didn't hear them mention the Bills were 14-2 against the NFC during that run? Including a win over the Cowboys in between the two Super Bowls and a win over the Giants 6 weeks before that first Super Bowl. And 9 Hall of Famers off those teams.

They beat the Cowboys early in 1993 like 13-10 down in Irving. It was after the 52-17 Super Bowl beatdown. They failed to tell you that Emmitt was holding out and missed the first game against Washington in which Dallas got destroyed like 34-16, and the Bills game. As we saw in the Super Bowl that year, as went Emmitt so went the Cowboys. Anyway, the best NFC teams during that period were better than Buffalo. The NFC was top heavy, first the Giants , then the Skins, then the Cowboys, and always the 49ers. The AFC was more balanced, but the top 2 NFC teams were usually better than the Bills. The only team the Bills may have actually been better than was the Giants in 90 , but it was close as was the game. The 91 Skins and 92-93 Boys were way better than the Bills, and it wasn't close, nor were the games.
