#1 Jimmy Sexton (Jimbo's agent) was in BR Friday night, seen having dinner at Juban's and whoever he was with both were on the phone hot and heavy.

#2 The talks carried into Saturday morning

#3 The leak of information was intentional and then board members and Joe fabricated email traffic for a couple of reasons, they knew emails would become public knowledge so it was an easy way to use them to cover up there tracks proactively by saying they know who it was when in fact it was them, deflecting heat. Second reason if talks with Jimbo went south they had this out.

#4 Les knew there was no leak, He was informed on several different occassion's about the ongoing talks throughout the process by George Bass. That is why he stayed reserved in his comments throughout. He also had George playing defense for him thru multiple channels.
