Pretty simple, everyone knows the 3 or 4 running plays we run. When the level of competition increased in November and he couldn't just run over inferior athletes, he looked normal.
He had 31 yards against bama, Henry had 210.
What is his signature "heisman moment"? Running over Syracuse?
The 3 guys there deserve to be there plain and simple, I think buga is probably the most talented kid in the country, but his resume doesn't deserve a spot at the table with those guys.

More on the o-line than play calling.

Seriously?

Nobody is saying they aren't.

This is bullshite...along with this entire post. You can't even admit that Buga just deserves to be there because you're scared it may look like a positive towards Miles. That's just fricking sad.

Do you think calling 20 different variations of a play where the QB hands the ball off to the RB behind the line and calls for blocks and to open up holes would have done anything in that game?
If we could convert more than 25% of our pass plays, perhaps they would have accounted for that, possibly opening up a hole on occasion.
Now you just have to argue that the coaches called for pass plays meant to not work.
We called damn near a 50/50 run/pass game against Bama. At some point, simply calling the right play only gets you so far.
