no rational fan expects us to win every single game. We play in a tough division and losses happen. Reasonable fans understand that.
However, I DO believe it's reasonable to be in the mix for SEC championships most years, given our great recruiting, facilities, support, etc.
As for enjoying football, you do realize LSU is big-time football. With that comes lofty expectations. I enjoy LSU football when we're maximizing our potential, even if we lose sometimes. I don't enjoy it when we look poorly prepared and unmotivated, like has happened far too often the last 4 years.
There are plenty of high school, FCS, or Div-II and III teams for you to follow if LSU football is too stressful.

It is not about winning. I know we will not win a Championship every year. It's about excitement and being there at the end and enjoying the games.
I cannot tell you the last time I thoroughly enjoyed watching a LSU game... Maybe Miss St in 2013...
I hate seeing our guys play their hearts out and be put in schemes that obviously frustrates them and does them no favors for winning.

This and now that the LSU administration has decided that football isn't a priority isn't it best just to enjoy the games and hope for a winning season and be competitive in a lower tier bowl

The bandwagon fans will still care about results because they are shitty fans.
Us real fans will continue to wear LSU gear every day, stay at all games not only until the clock reads 00:00, but until the last LSU employee has left the field, celebrate our coach, stay after games to cheer our boys and hawk autographs when they leave the locker room, meet the team at the airport after away games to support them and hawk autographs, tailgate from thursday night until sunday night for home games, be the first to arrive at fan day and the last to leave making sure to get all the walk ons autographs as well as the stars.
Who cares about wins, I only care about our beloved coach and our boys he is instilling inspiration in. The shitty bandwagon fans can complain about results, I will celebrate our boys and the great man who leads them 24/7/365.
