It was actually in River’s Bend back toward the river and it was renovated already and 100% move in ready. Built in 1984. 3500 square feet. We looked in the same areas you are and most needed some work. You can narrow it down in Zillow to how long they’ve been on the market to see which ones you may have leverage on. Our initial offer was $100k less than highest asking.

How are homes in River Ranch doing in terms of market value? Specifically, those built around 2002 or so when it first opened.
