Beans in 5 gallon pot

Approx. how many servings of white beans in a 5 gallon pot? I'm cooking in a benefit next week and have only cooked pastalaya in this pot. Also any advise for the beans?

8 oz serving = 80
10 oz serving = 64

i cooked 12 lbs of red beans with about 10 lbs of meat (sausage and tasso) last weekend.. it took every bit of 36 quarts (9 gallons) for whats that is worth
