We aren't.

Bama has hit both playoffs so far, and will probably continue to do so. If we are being compared to them (and you know we are) then it will always be seen that way.

That said, if we don't make something happen in 2016, we WILL fall into mediocrity.

At this rate the gap will be so large they will stop making a comparison to Bama altogether.

BAMA makes a point to be in contention every year. The last couple years people seem to be hoping team x and y have a down year so we can beat them. A few years back people were confident playing top 10 teams not so much today for good reason.

We are there now. How many real teams we've beaten lately? Last year maybe 2 or 3 this year one team and they had a back up qb. Worse they were blown out twice in a row.
