I think your basic premise is a little faulty. AD got more assists from Tyreke than anyone else last season by a wide margin (167 assists from Tyreke, 114 from Jrue).
The problem isn't that Tyreke never passes to AD, or even has bad chemistry with AD as someone else suggested, it's that when Tyreke messes up it's as noticeable as a blown dunk by Asik. We also are seeing what a PG with good vision can do with Ish. He's not great, but he's much better than the people that hate Tyreke want to admit.
Oh, and it's Gist, not Jist.
