Oh, so you like things neat and in a certain order? Congrats on not being a slob but that's not OCD.

This is actually correct. OCD is a compulsion. You almost cannot control it. It fricking sucks. Stress makes it even worse. Luckily, there are things people can do to help. Managing stress is #1!

I don't know if this counts, but I have claustrophobia. And when I get in a confined space, I lose my shite and can't control myself. And I avoid anything that might remotely make me end up confined.

My wife will wash her hands. Dry them off. Then wash them again.

Every damn time.

That has to be OCD, but she has no other compulsive behaviors like that.
