I grew up in that neighborhood, now I haven't been back in almost 10 years but it was a nice place. Mainly a white area, mid-class. nice homes, big lots. a little older of neighborhood, if anything like I remember it I would recommend

Lived there in the 80s. It was like that then as well.

In 83 there was major flooding around the Chelsea/Baker intersection, as well as in the back part of the neighborhood by the canal. I don't think it has had a major problem like that since, but I cannot say one way or the other.

It is a perfect damned location and if you work in United Plaza, there is a footbridge across the canal (or, at least, there used to me).

Pine Park has bigger houses.
