It is not qb development, it is qb play. Harris cannot hit an open man across the middle or on the out pattern....He can throw the long ball and hope the receiver gets it...the plays are good plays, the receivers are open......but at the end of the day the qb cannot make the throws....oc can not throw the ball. i dont believe harris will be the qb next year.....

Yeah, but this has been the story every year for the past several years (except Mett - who began his career at Georgia and then to JUCO).
It's not as if Jefferson, Lee, Jennings or Harris were crap coming out of high school. Weren't they all 4 stars? And why is it that teams who get 2 star talent at QB end up being far better at that position?
