Been working on it and loosening up my hip

My right hammy/knee is shite. It's been giving out while playing basketball too. May be time to visit a doc

I'd love to do the 1,000 club, but I've already been out of action for 3 out of the last 4 months due to back/arse bone issues. I dunno if going heavy is the smart play for a while haha.
