For now at least I think I can look at this an stay unbiased. The competitive difference between teams was astronomical. The high school decided to drop lhsaa for their district schedule and just schedule the entire year non-district.

We aren't even eligible for the playoffs. But not long ago, this was a program that could barely fill the roster being forced to compete against true power programs.

That's how you get people hurt.

there aren't too many teams you could be referring to so i'll guess Ascension Christian.

there's a dude representing that program on sportsline that is so "woe is us" it's ridiculous. yes they might not be the most established program, but he acts like every kid they have is 5'1" 100 lbs or something and that West St. John and Kentwood might as well be the NFL.

the funny thing is, some of the most notoriously talented small school programs voted for the split, like what does OCS have athletically that West St. John should be scared of?
