It wasn't Alleva. He said from the start he wouldn't address it until the season is over. This is on the big money TAF members and BoS members that tried to force his hand with going public before the Ole Miss game.

A simple statement from him when all this started would have been sufficient if he had no intention of firing Miles.

It's naive to think they weren't trying to get rid of Miles and it backfired.

This is true! The frickin media played up the Miles' card. Got everyone all riled up and that was pretty much a wrap. Pisses you off that these POS all of sudden feel Miles is a pretty good darn coach that is being treated horribly by LSU when they ridicule the frick out of him any other day.

It was Alleva. He sat back on his haunches and watched the national media turn us into the laughing stock of November...and did NOTHING as far as damage control. All he had to do was take his pussy arse up there and reiterate that they would not make a decision until after the season. Instead he let everyone in the country think the decision was already made and that they were hanging Les out to dry.

Whether it was true or not, he should have done something, ANYTHING, to save the face of LSU.
