I never took it but I wish I could have

Lots of little skills guys need to learn but often don't -- how to sew on a button, ironing, shopping for groceries, basic cooking

I've read that when you change the name from "Home Economics" (is that even offered any more?) to "Bachelor Living" or somesuch the number of guys taking the class skyrockets

I didn't need a name change to know taking HomeEc in middle school was a good idea.

As soon as I found out we would learn how to make a homemade pizza I was in.

Learning things like how to sew and how to properly clean up grease was just a bonus.
