Bought my first meat grinder today and want to make some sausage. And recommendations on casings?

I like natural casings.
ProTip; get yourself a sausage stuffer now. The cheapest ones are better than the attachment on a meat grinder.

Yep. Can get a good 10 lb for a couple hundred.
I buy my casings at Oak Grove Smoke House on Old Jefferson. Cheap. Also buy their sausage seasoning.
