None of those 2006 players showed that talent under Saban. JRuss wasn't good under saban.

Miles walked into a program that had lost less than 3 games once in the last 5 years. This notion that Saban walked into an abyss and Miles walked into a top 5 program is just false

It's common knowledge that maintaining a powerhouse is far harder than Building one. It's not even debatable. Miles is leaving a better program than he inherited. Miles is leaving a program that has finished ranked in the top 15 8 of his 10 seasons. Miles didn't inherit a program close to that stature. 1 great season in 2003 doesn't mean you're a top 5 program.
