Our Nashville store called me one day to tell me they had an email I needed to read. I said fine, no problem, just forward it to me. The response was awesome "I don't know how to do that but I will try"


30 min later I got a 4 page fax of the email.

Or sometimes I will call and tell them to check their email and the responses are grand. Well, I am out running errands and the computer I get emails on is at the office.
