Maybe he is right, still does not excuse what has happened since the 2011 season and especially in the last 3 weeks. Feels like there are those in the media who are shrugging LSU off as if we are not worthy. Its easy for people who aren't paying close attention to use CLMs record, which is impressive but it does not tell the full story.

Review the sec total win the past 5 seasons. It's a decline.
YEAR RECORD AP POLL
2005 11-2 (7-1 SEC) 6
2006 11-2 (6-2 SEC) 3
2007 12-2 (6-2 SEC) 1
2008 8-5 (3-5 SEC) --
2009 9-4 (5-3 SEC) 17
2010 11-2 (6-2 SEC) 8
2011 13-1 (8-0 SEC) 2
2012 10-3 (6-2 SEC) 13
2013 10-3 (5-3 SEC) 14
2014 8-5 (4-4 SEC) --
2015* 7-3 (4-3 SEC)* --
* Two games remaining in regular season

If GRTigers numbers are correct, and have no reason to doubt them, their really isn't much difference in the record. Interesting. In my view, wins and losses are all that matters.

i wouldn't have a problem with les staying even though his offensive philosophy needs to change , but now our defense and special teams are as bad as the offense and i just don't see that changing for the better ....

i feel he has had a big enough budget and the freedom to make the changes needed to his staff , unfortunately he hasn't made the right decisions for his team to compete for conference titles and the rest of the sec are passing les by .....

i thank les for all the good times watching his teams in TS but its time for a change .....

btw i also think the AD is a part of the problem and needs to go as well ....

At the end of the season, you would expect the following;
Your team would be (at least) competing for the SEC West title
Your offense would look like a well oiled machine
Your team would not commit a dozen penalties a game
Your team would, at least, be well schooled on special teams
Your Q'back would be able to make at least ONE checkoff at the LOS
Your D'backs would all be on the same page, every play
Your Q'back could complete a 7 yard pass
Your kicker could reach the opponents end zone on kick offs
Your offense could run plays in less than 25 seconds or W/O calling timeouts
ets., etc., etc., etc., etc.
