There's no arguing that. I think this was a long time coming, but we need to be smart about the timing, and not just can him because of something he's been doing since day 1, when there arent really any better options. A bad hire sets us back 5-10 years. Its gotta be a homerun, like a pro coach or big name college coach. Even if it takes another year for that to come available.

Im hopefully confident that they would have a guy locked up before pulling the trigger on such a huge deal.
