Being happy and content about landing a bowl that is NOT in the playoffs is the epitome of a fanbase sliding into mediocrity. Let's join Louisiana Tech in fighting for a bowl game every year!!! WooHoo!!!
Id be ok with a sugar bowl berth if this season was surrounded by championship seasons...but if its the best we can do year after year, I'm not excited.

Stop it! We're not going to the Sugar Bowl. You really think we beat Ole Piss at Oxford. I would love it but I don't think they pick us this year a lot of two loss teams that have more appeal than the current version of Mack Brown's Tigers.

So if we finished with one loss and were #5 would that be mediocrity?
Is the only acceptable outcome being in the top 4 and in the playoff?
