I agree with this assessment 100%.
ETA: If the Stud/Haley/Chavis stuff had been properly communicated by Les I don't know that the seat is as hot as it is today. Another issue is how they've addressed it through recruiting. If ever there was a team that could have used immediate front 7/o-line Juco help it is this one. Instead they tried to "out talent" with "plug & play" recruits who either weren't ready or simply never provided quality depth.
The LB issue next year is really telling. How did Les not catch the damage being done through neglect?
