I don't know anything about Star Wars canon except for the movies and in that regard I'd have to put Obi Wan pretty damn high.
Defeated Darth Maul.
Defeated General Grievous.
Defeated Anakin when he wasn't an old man in a robot suit.
Co-trained / guided Luke with Yoda.
Only lost when he was deliberately struck down.

Obi-Won was the perfect Jedi. He simply lacked the raw power of Yoda, Mace, Anakin, or Luke.
