Do not want Miles fired. But Alleva has to step up and force him to make changes with hiring coaches that are his friends or ones that make him feel comfortable.
As I said, I want miles to stay 2 more years. But now is the time to do something that seems to not work out well, hire Adam Gase now as your coach in waiting to run the offense for two years then take over in 2018.

GTFO with the coach in waiting shite. It does not work. FSU is an exception because it was a unique situation where Jumbo was a very close friend of the Borden family.
