If I pay with a card I tip on the card. If I pay with cash, I leave a cash tip.
Pretty simple, really.
On the extremely rare instance where I pay with card and leave a cash tip (usually someone else is picking up the tip if I've picked up the meal) then I'll write 'cash' in the tip line.

This, but I'm paying by card the majority of the time. I'm definitely not taking pics of my receipts, either.
