I didn't think that it might be a good idea to ignore what has been working to just start doing some thing totally new that our personnel have any experience, or confidence in for one game. No reason to have confidence in your players is it? Tell them that you think that they are shite and every thing that they have been doing (very well) is crappy NO matter that they have been winning games doing those things, it is garbage and now we have to totally do something new.
