I've gotten to the point in my life I need to do this surgery. I've put on close to 200 pounds since graduating high school. I'm so ashamed of how I look I rarely go out anymore. Ive tried exercising and eating right but I just can't do it. On top of that I have lost basically all my hair on my head.

Maybe this surgery will help me be more confident

Not to mention your mother having sex with strangers for money. That's a rough hand to be dealt bro, thoughts and prayers.

One of the girls I met in college was especially weird about fitness. She researched foods diligently and only are very healthy meals. She worked out almost daily and took very good care of herself. I thought it was borderline obsessive especially for a 23 year old. I think she had better stamina than me, and I used to run a lot back then.

I was shocked when she told me she had that weight loss surgery in high school years before and that she used to be a bit chubby.

So apparently people do get this surgery and keep the weight off.
