IF we lose on Saturday, but I doubt it, you would think we wouldn't drop that much considering Bama would then be ranked #1. We still make it to Sec game because Miss St. Will beat Bama in Starkville just. Then we beat Florida in SEC championship. Are we in?

Depends on how they lose to Bama. Would need to keep it close.
If Bama beats LSU, loses to MSU, and finishes 10-2, I would think they would go into championship weekend in the top 10. Probably #9 or #10.
If LSU wins the SEC with only one loss, and the one loss is to a top-10 team on the road, I think they have a very strong argument for the playoffs.
Hell, Ohio State lost to a 6-6 team last year and made it in.

Yeah, but assuming LSU wins out after Bama, it means that Ole Miss would have 2 SEC losses.

LSU cannot lose. They have a better team. I truly believe CLM will have an excellent game plan. The O-line will do just enough to allow the chains to move steadily. I think that 'Bama will be obsessed with stopping LF7, probably with success at least initially. BH is likely going to make plays with his feet, throwing on the run and scrambling for critical drive sustaining yardage. This may then loosen thing for LF7 late in the game.
The DB must not allow any 'coverage busts'. They cannot gift points and momentum to the Tide. Likewise ST must be solid and consistent. Keehn has to punt the ball well.
