Gerry DiNardo went 24-9-1 in his first three seasons with Carl Reese as his DC. Reese bolted for Texas, DiNardo hired Tepper, and the rest is history. We were a dumpster program when DiNardo took over. By the time Saban got here, we were a prominent program in need of some tune-ups.
